Digital Literacy is important in today's digital age. Interacting with others online is not the same as interacting with people in person. We can't hear people's voices so some methods of communication do not come across as well and it is easy to be misunderstood. Safety is important online as we can't tell who we are really talking to. We need to protect our personal information, and data and now how to communicate with people who are unknown to us. Anyone can post online so we have to learn how to evaluate resources to tell if they are true or not. We also have to follow the law when working online and respect other's ownership of materials.
To help with this I have posted some links below to help you with learning about digital citizenship, one aspect of Digital Literacy.
